One of my very favorite lines! He was so ready, willing, even happy to think he could take her back, that he could give her something she needed — and yet, did he think she’d only come back if she didn’t have anywhere else to go? It’s heartbreaking, and I love the way his voice breaks.

Bobby’s acting in this scene breaks my heart every time I have watched. You can see that Rumple is so vulnerable, so fragile. Perfect.

His voice in this scene killed my emotions. it was filled with such hope and anticipation that he would be able to do something for her to make up for his cruelty. And the fact that he would be able to see her again. You could practically see him itching for Regina to leave so that he could poof himself to where Belle was and take her back ‘home’ and watch over her.
